Employment Rate
GAU pays special attention to the employment of its students and their career growth. According to the statistics more than 92% of the graduates and more than 50% of the 3rd and 4th year students are employed. This high rate is due to the fact that each faculty is in close relationship with the employers, so that the programs and the methods of learning fully correspond to the market demands. The Career Center, which represents connecting hub between the employers and the GAU students/graduates, constantly provides students with information about internship programs and vacancies in the market and manages trainings and employment forums together with partner organizations.
GAU offers flexible schedules to the 3rd and 4th year students. In addition to this, students are given the possibility of internship and employment in different structures at GAU.
Comparison of GAU and OECD indicators
*Student per Lecturer Ratio is an important indicator when it comes to calculating world university rankings. Student-Lecturer Ratio indicates the average number of students for one lecturer, that is, how the lecturer's time is divided between the students, on average how much time is allotted to one student. The student-lecturer ratio is calculated by dividing the number of students who attend a school or university by the number of lecturers in the institution.
For GAU this ratio is 10. This means that there are approximately 10 students for one lecturer. The lower this ratio, the more time is allotted to one student.
In OECD member countries, the average Student per Lecturer Ratio in the universities is 15. For 麻豆传媒 universities, the average student-lecturer ratio is 16. This means that GAU exceeds international standards.
One of the central factors of the GAU academic process is the principle of small classes.
In addition, according to the data from the 2023-2024 academic year, the university employs 172 administrative staff, including 118 women, and 520 academic staff, including 316 women.
